Since the launch of the original GRAVELKING, the gravel cycling market has changed a lot. The new Panaracer GravelKing SK Plus TLR Tyre includes advanced technologies like the ZSG Gravel Compound, TuffTex / TuffTex+, and BeadLock. These features aim to improve performance by reducing rolling resistance and increasing puncture resistance, ensuring a smooth ride.
Technologies
ZSG Gravel Compound
The ZSG Gravel Compound is made from the exclusive Zero Slip Grip material. It is designed for gravel surfaces and performs well in different temperatures, from cold to hot. This compound offers low rolling resistance and good grip on both gravel and tarmac.
TuffTex+ Casing
TuffTex is a unique structure for GravelKing tyres. It has a high thread count casing that provides durability and bead-to-bead puncture protection. TuffTex+ adds a second layer for extra puncture resistance, making it reliable in tough conditions.
BeadLock
The BeadLock design fits various rim types, including hookless and clincher. This makes tyre mounting easy, often with just a standard floor pump, and ensures good performance on any terrain.
